**Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care****Location: Hampstead, MD****Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine**We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Hampstead, Maryland. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity to practice in a collaborative and patient-centered environment, working alongside experienced physicians and Advanced Practice Providers who deliver comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.________________________________________Position Highlights:• Full-time, outpatient-only schedule — no inpatient responsibilities.• No weekend clinic hours and minimal telephone-only call rotation.• Join a supportive team of three physicians and five Advanced Practice Providers.• Large and diverse patient panel with strong administrative and clinical support.• Excellent mentorship and onboarding available for new graduates.________________________________________Qualifications:• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency.• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.• Eligible for Maryland medical license, CDS, and DEA.• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first approach.________________________________________Compensation & Benefits:• Competitive base salary of $220,000, plus production and performance incentives.• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.• Malpractice coverage with tail.• 401(k) retirement plan.• CME allowance and professional dues reimbursement.• Life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.________________________________________Living in Hampstead & Carroll County:Located just 30 miles north of Baltimore, Hampstead offers the charm of small-town living with convenient access to city amenities.
