This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms while supporting a collaborative, global marketing team. You will handle campaign setup, performance tracking, and reporting while contributing to optimization strategies that drive measurable results. Accountabilities:
- Implement and manage paid social campaigns, including planning, scheduling, execution, and performance tracking
- Collect, analyze, and process large datasets to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign objectives are met and team workflows are efficient
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paid social platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Assist in crafting clear and compelling internal and external communications regarding campaign performance
- Support ongoing testing, budgeting, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign outcomes
- Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in paid social advertising (Meta Ads required; TikTok and Snapchat a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, including vlookup, pivot tables, concatenation, and text-to-columns
- Experience in production-oriented or client-facing environments, with a focus on timely and accurate delivery
- High level of independence, curiosity, and willingness to grow responsibilities and expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude, capable of balancing independent work with teamwork
