This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Development Representative based in Italy.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-focused team at the forefront of AI and automation in the staffing industry. In this highly consultative and relationship-driven role, you will work closely with existing customers to help them adopt innovative digital solutions that improve efficiency and business performance. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying new opportunities for expansion while supporting long-term customer success. The role combines account development, strategic consulting, and technology adoption, offering strong exposure to cutting-edge AI solutions. Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a strategic partner and trusted point of contact.
  • Engage directly with client teams to understand their operational workflows, challenges, and business priorities.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions by guiding customers through change management and embedding new processes into daily operations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand solution usage across additional teams, stakeholders, and business use cases.
  • Monitor account health, product engagement, and customer satisfaction, proactively addressing risks and support needs.
  • Develop internal champions within customer organizations to accelerate adoption and long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and action plans within CRM systems.
  • Gather customer feedback, insights, and success stories to contribute to continuous improvement and broader organizational learning.
  • Requirements:

    • Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, account management, business development, or another client-facing commercial role.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
    • Strong commercial acumen with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
    • Natural curiosity and the ability to quickly understand customer operations and business challenges.
    • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with the willingness to become a subject matter expert.
    • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple accounts, priorities, and follow-up activities effectively.
    • Growth-oriented, coachable, and open to feedback in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
    • Willingness to travel regularly and engage with customers both remotely and onsite.
