This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Director – Enterprise based in Canada.

This role is focused on driving high-impact new business growth within enterprise markets, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. You will be responsible for identifying and developing net-new opportunities across large organizations, positioning a complex SaaS platform that supports finance transformation and enterprise performance management. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, combining strategic prospecting with consultative, value-based selling to engage senior finance and business leaders. You will navigate long, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles while building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with marketing, pre-sales, and alliances teams to expand market reach and accelerate deal velocity. This is a high-performance, revenue-driving role where your ability to open doors and close complex deals directly shapes enterprise growth.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for driving net-new enterprise revenue through strategic prospecting, pipeline development, and complex deal execution.

  • Own and drive new logo acquisition across a defined enterprise territory through outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities from initial outreach to closed deals
  • Engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position tailored SaaS solutions
  • Develop and present compelling business cases, proposals, and solution narratives aligned to customer needs
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records to support forecasting, pipeline visibility, and data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Strategic Alliances to accelerate deal flow
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, demos, and solution mapping to align offerings with client priorities
  • Negotiate and close complex SaaS agreements while ensuring alignment on value and outcomes
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities where relevant, while maintaining a primary focus on new business
  • Consistently forecast and report on pipeline health, deal progression, and revenue targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, ensuring a consultative and value-driven sales approach
  • Requirements

    You bring strong enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven ability to drive net-new revenue and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

    • 5–10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on new business acquisition
    • Proven track record of exceeding quotas through consistent new logo wins
    • Strong hunter mentality with expertise in prospecting, pipeline generation, and outbound sales execution
    • Experience selling complex SaaS or enterprise software solutions into large organizations
    • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior decision-makers
    • Strong command of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Strong business acumen with ability to align solutions to financial and operational challenges
    • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
    • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments
    • Experience in SaaS finance, EPM, or CPM solutions is a strong advantage
