This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional focused on driving revenue growth in the Enterprise market. You will own full-cycle sales processes, from identifying new opportunities to expanding existing accounts, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Accountabilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to drive pipeline and exceed revenue goals.
- Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customer challenges, identify required capabilities, and propose solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing enterprise clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Develop strategic partnerships with external partners to uncover new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and provide clear visibility into pipeline status for management.
- Represent the organization confidently to a broad range of stakeholders, from individual contributors to executives.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with proven success in navigating complex organizations and closing high-value deals.
- Strong familiarity with the modern data technology landscape and key industry players.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, solution-based sales processes, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and opportunities without losing focus.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, resilience, and creativity to proactively overcome challenges.
