Job Description

Summary: We are looking to augment our Sales Team with a person who brings range thinking from their experiences in Finance Transformation and Technology with the soft skills necessary to engage and build trust and rapport at all levels of our Customers' organization. The Account Executive - FinTech Payments is a key member of a sales team with a core focus on supporting the Sales Team through each phase of the sales cycle. We utilize a mentorship model where you have the opportunity to develop / refine solution selling skills, develop Payments and Order-to-Cash domain expertise, build effective operating models, and influence the product roadmap based on what you're seeing in the market.


Essential duties of the position: 

  • Help qualify deals and define our customers needs by orchestrating the initial scoping discussions with current and prospective customers to identify the key outcomes, value levers, and scope.
  • Work with the Marketing team to identify and develop the key messages to include in our outbound communications, review content created for inbound marketing to ensure alignment with key value messages. Create and send targeted email campaigns to current and prospective customers. Utilize LinkedIn share marketing campaigns and identify and create connections at target accounts
  • Help create the connectivity between the business outcomes our customers are looking to achieve with the capabilities and functionality that our platform provides by providing your functional, product, and domain expertise with the rest of the sales team.
  • All of our customers have a buying process which requires business case to support the investment and alignment of key stakeholders. Use your knowledge of the customer and our products to develop robust business cases that outline how and when our customers will realize value from our platform.
  • Manage the steps of the buying process to gain stakeholder alignment, budget approval, and update / redline contracts with Finance, IT, and Procurement to manage each Sales cycle to a favorable result
  • Provide feedback and assist with Product, special projects.

For Colorado and New York City Residents Only Salary Minimum: $135,000: Salary Maximum: $185,000

The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the HighRadius salary range for this position in Colorado and New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of HighRadius’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions or other variable performance related pay. In addition, HighRadius provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
