Accountabilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle or focus on a specialized track (pipeline generation or deal closing), depending on your strengths
  • Engage with qualified inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent CRM updates
  • Conduct high-volume sales activities, including booking or running demos within defined sprint cycles
  • Lead discovery conversations, deliver tailored presentations, and guide prospects through proposals and negotiations
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and ensure prospects complete required pre-sales assessments
  • Drive revenue growth through closing new business as well as identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to activity volume, conversion rates, and quarterly revenue goals

  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in B2B or high-ticket sales, ideally within fast-paced or startup environments
    • Strong ability to communicate and build trust with founders, executives, and business operators
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs such as close rates, deal size, or quota attainment
    • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-based structure
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage pipeline activity and CRM tools efficiently
