What you'll do:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market clients — from prospecting and discovery to demo proposal negotiation and close
  • Build pipeline through outbound outreach inbound lead follow-up and referrals
  • Deeply understand client challenges and align them with the value of AffiniPay’s industry-leading solutions
  • Deliver high-impact product demos and business case proposals to decision-makers
  • Negotiate sound financial agreements which are solid business solutions for our software solutions and our clients
  • Accurately forecast and track sales activity in Salesforce; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goals
About You:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience preferably in SaaS sales to mid-market or larger accounts
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Consultative solutions-focused selling style with the ability to influence and educate buyers
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen confidence in deal strategy and comfort navigating complex orgs
  • Competitive edge but also a true team player who shares best practices and lifts others up
  • Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with tools like Gong or Outreach is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows enhance decision-making or drive innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Bonus Points:
  • Experience in legal tech fintech or selling into professional services verticals
  • Familiarity with value-selling frameworks (e.g. Sandler MEDDIC)
