Not only will you be involved in weekly 1-2-1 and team call breakdown/coaching sessions, you will be working with a sales leadership team who not only frequently get invited to speak on the World’s most followed sales podcasts, webinars, and events, but authored and released best-selling book Problem Prospecting. We can guarantee anybody joining Allego will become a better salesperson.
At Allego, our Account Executives are pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing sales team and ultimately responsible for acquiring new customers. You’ll be provided with qualified opportunities from our SDR (lead gen) team, as well as inbound demo requests (which are increasing all the time!), but will be
equally comfortable making things happen from your own calls, emails, and social prospecting. We want to fill your calendar, but don’t believe you should ever forget the value of hunting for your own food!
You’ll be conducting discovery calls to understand business needs and fit and delivering personalised demos to sales leaders. You will be comfortable running complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles in competitive environments. As well as this, you will be working closely with your manager and SDR team, to strategize on deals, key markets to go after, and best practices of optimising how we work as a team. EVERYBODY has a big voice in how we grow.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
We are as interested in your skills, attributes and drive, as your experience. That being said, we are ideally looking for someone who has at least two years of experience working in an Account Executive (or similar role) in a SaaS/Tech business.
We feel we can be picky – and whilst we know great people are seriously hard to find, if we choose you it’s because we believe in your ability to play a great role in our future – not just ‘do a decent job’.
Hopefully you feel you have the ingredients and drive to be hugely successful, your goals are probably bigger than your peers, and with the right coaching, support and development can achieve whatever you set your mind to.
Whilst we appreciate no one is great at everything, commitment, resilience, curiosity and coachability are all likely strengths of yours. You also have your reasons for wanting a career in sales – we don’t care why so much, but you’ll be passionate about sales as a career of choice for you.
