Team: Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Executive, Mid-Market based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to help expand a growing portfolio of mid-market customers through consultative solution selling. In this role, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship building to contract negotiation and closing, while working within a collaborative and high-performing sales organization. You'll engage directly with decision-makers, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and develop long-term customer relationships across your assigned territory. Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects within the assigned geographic territory through research, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits with prospective customers to build relationships, understand organizational needs, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, revenue targets, and booking objectives through consistent execution and pipeline management.
  • Present tailored product solutions that clearly communicate business value and return on investment to prospective customers.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders throughout the buying process.
  • Maintain accurate sales activities, forecasts, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate closely with business development, marketing, customer success, implementation, and sales leadership teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the sales organization.
  • Requirements

    • 3–5+ years of successful experience in business development, account executive, or SaaS sales roles.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Experience selling software or technology solutions, preferably within a SaaS environment.
    • Ability to manage complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and contract execution.
    • Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
    • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines, forecasts, and customer interactions.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities.
    • Proficiency with business productivity tools including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
    • Knowledge of or experience working within the faith-based or nonprofit sector is considered an advantage.

      • Competitive compensation package with a base salary of $60,000–$80,000 USD and on-target earnings (OTE) of $131,500–$160,000 USD.
