About the role
We seek high-energy account executives who recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and consult them on how our product can maximize value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies, identifying, segmenting, engaging, and converting qualified mid-market and enterprise prospects into customers according to a monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
You will report to our SLC (Spanish and Latin American Countries) Sales Director and closely collaborate with all our teams (Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineers, Delivery, Product, and Finance) to drive maximum value and success with new logo customers. The Account Executive will also be required to upsell recently closed accounts for a period of time.
You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate is passionate about client relations and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
On a typical day, you will…- Manage business relations with customers in their assigned territory
- Execute Territory and Account Planning
- Generate pipeline, work with marketing and partners, and make cold calls or reach out to prospects.
- Consistency in following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Digibee’s Enterprise Integration Platform to prospective buyers
- Develop direct and indirect sales strategies
- Stay current on company offerings and industry trends
- Maintain a database of contact information
- Keep sales systems updated (CRM and others)
- Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- 5-7+ years of experience selling technology adoption and creating long-term transformational account strategies
- 10+ years of quota-carrying technology sales or business development experience
- Demonstrated experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects for enterprise & mid-market customers
- Strong understanding of different sales processes and ability to map out buyers' journeys
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of systems and integrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
- A builder mentality and are able to ‘roll up your sleeves’, analyze data, pull key insights, and share business recommendations with the team.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of working collaboratively with other functional areas, especially marketing, customer success, revenue operations, and product.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; self-starter, organized and self-motivated.

- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses
- Previous experience working for a Saas company
- Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company
- Cross-functional selling experience (Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services, Partner, and ISV)
