We are seeking an Advisory (Services) Associate / Account Manager to support our customers and partners with a range of cross-border services to companies doing business internationally. As an Advisory (Services) Associate, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, supporting their international expansion. G-P provides a single source for the implementation and ongoing management of international subsidiaries and other entities, including set-up, payroll, accounting, tax compliance, legal, mobility, M&A consulting, compensation and benefits, and other advisory and HR localization services. G-P expands the capabilities of our customersโ management team, allowing our customers to work strategically rather than operationally while mitigating risk.
What you can expect to do:
- Work as an interface between customers, and both Local Service Providers and Local In-Country G-P experts, to ensure that all customer needs are met
- Respond to all client requests in an effective and timely manner
- Manage internal resources devoted to helping support our fixed price turnkey customer solutions
- Leverage internal and external resources to engage consulting work as required
- Efficiently manage and multitask projects at various stages of development
- Perform billable tasks as required
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience working in the Finance, Accounting, or HR department of a growth company
- Experience in global entity setup and operations preferred
- Highly professional self-starter who has the confidence to take on different and multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, customers, and partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability

Compensation-
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $88,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
