As our Accounting Coordinator, you will...

Be Accountable and Responsible

As our Accounting Coordinator you will assist our finance team in all accounting matters. The Company is in and will continue to be in, a substantial growth mode through acquisitions, organic growth, and substantial new business wins.  This results in the need for an Accounting Coordinator that is fully focused on rolling up their sleeves and contributing to an ever changing, evolving environment. This is a full-time entry-level position. We are remote-friendly, however, hope you would be able to make in-person meetings and in-office visits to one of our offices, occasionally. 

  • Review and process expense reports for completeness and accuracy
  • Update vendor information
  • Handle vendor communications and requests including remittances
  • Process invoices into our accounting system
  • Retrieve and store vendor contracts 
  • Manage any ad hoc requests

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Adaptable to understanding and integrating new data and data sources
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks at once
