Job Description
In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking an Administration Manager to join our team. In this role, you will establish and implement an efficient administrative service system tailored to Lakeshore’s business development needs. The position also requires overseeing the development and optimization of administrative systems and work processes, as well as tracking results and making continuous improvements. Applicants should have excellent communication skills with a keen ability to simplify complex information to drive decision-making. The ideal candidate must possess excellent project management and overall planning abilities and should be capable of leading the coordination of departments.
A day in the office looks like this:
- Lead the administrative department in daily work, including property and asset management, procurement and other administrative affairs management
- Edit the annual administrative budget, managing cooperative suppliers and guiding relevant personnel to purchase goods
- Continuously improve the administrative service platform, office orders and office environment, including office decorations and potential relocations
- Formulate various administrative emergency plans and handle emergencies effectively
- Organize various public relations events, demonstrations, sports events and other activities within and outside the company
- Arrange various company meetings
- Manage Lakeshore’s office supplies, low-value consumable products, office equipment procurement, registration and verification management; prepare office supplies plan for approval
- Receive and arrange company guests, plan company activities and meetings, maintain various documents, make daily office orders and manage office environment
Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration management or project management
- 8+ years of experience in the administrative field
- 5+ years of experience in office administration project management
- Exceptional problem-analysis and problem-solving abilities; efficient in transaction processing and possessing excellent communication and public relations skills
- Bilingual in Chinese and English, with a strong command of English (read, write, speak)
- Ability to effectively work with global teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail under pressure
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
