The Global Marketing & Digital Wealth organization at BlackRock is a forward-looking globally connected team at the center of the firm’s most high-impact priorities. The Administrative Business Lead will sit within Global Marketing & Digital Wealth and partner closely with senior leadership administrative colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to keep the team connected prepared and operating smoothly across priorities meetings travel and day-to-day business needs.

Role and Impact:

We are looking for a high-performing Administrative Business Lead reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and Global Head of Digital Wealth to provide senior administrative operational and stakeholder support. This role will help maximize leadership effectiveness by managing complex calendars anticipating preparation needs coordinating logistics across regions and acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external partners. The successful candidate will bring sound judgment strong discretion and a proactive approach to keeping priorities moving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars coordinating in-person and virtual meetings across participants teams and time zones while helping prioritize competing requests and escalating urgent items with sound judgment.
  • Keep leaders on schedule throughout the day respond quickly to real-time needs and coordinate closely with executive assistants senior stakeholders clients partners and internal teams.
  • Anticipate meeting preparation needs by gathering background materials maintaining context documents and ensuring leaders have the right information logistics and follow-ups for each engagement.
  • Arrange and cross-check domestic and international travel through Concur including flights hotels ground transportation visas where required and related logistics.
  • Process and track expenses reimbursements approvals and administrative records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support team operations and culture moments including internal meetings huddles visitor logistics conference rooms meal arrangements materials office supplies and ad hoc projects.
  • Partner with administrative colleagues across Global Marketing & Digital Wealth and the broader firm to ensure strong coverage collaboration and consistency across regions and leadership priorities.

  • Demonstrated use of AI tools with fluency and agility showing adaptability critical thinking and the ability to learn in evolving environments.
  • Embodies an AI-ready mindset through curiosity eagerness and being an early adopter.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of corporate administrative experience in roles interfacing with executive management and internal or external stakeholders. 10+ years of experience preferred for senior executive support roles.
  • Experience supporting one or more senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment.
  • Experience managing complex calendars meeting logistics domestic and international travel expense processing and administrative systems.
  • Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when appropriate managing concurrent assignments accurately and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience partnering with other administrative professionals to coordinate coverage improve team operations and support cross-region collaboration.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Willingness to work in-office as required by the role and team needs.
For New York NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$104500.00 - USD$200000.00 . Additionally employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including healthcare leave benefits and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role location and firm department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
