Adobe Acrobat Forms & Excel Consultant

One of our business departments is asking for assistance in creating fillable PDFs for employee evaluations and needs the ability to extract the data from 30+ different form types into an excel spreadsheet. Total number of PDFs are expected to be over 1000 in total. They need some expertise in design of the forms so that they are designed with the ability to extract data in mind. This Adobe forms resource would be responsible for creating the forms and also combining the data into a spreadsheet per the business requirements.
