Accountabilities:

  • Create advertising media and graphics using AI-powered tools based on provided scripts and materials.

  • Review, edit, and refine AI-generated media to ensure quality, consistency, and client alignment.

  • Assist with onboarding new client accounts, including setting up systems, tools, and processes.

  • Support daily operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the marketing team.

  • Follow internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and quality.

  • Organize and manage client-related assets, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.

  • Collaborate with team members to adjust or improve media assets when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of tasks, assets, and client account setups.


  • Requirements:

    • Ability to follow detailed SOPs and structured workflows.

    • Strong attention to detail in reviewing AI-generated media and marketing content.

    • Comfortable using AI tools for creative production and media generation tasks.

    • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively in a remote environment.

    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.

    • Reliable internet connection and home workspace suitable for remote work.

    • Good written communication skills.

    • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Media Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
