Required Qualifications:

• • • Master's degree in Nursing (APRN or FNP) or Complete Physician Assistant program
    • Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in the state of (Connecticut) or ability to obtain prior to start
    • Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
    • Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start

Connecticut Residents Only: The salary range for Connecticut residents is $110,040 to $139,000 per year.
