Role & Responsibilities:
The Agile Business Analyst is responsible for analysis, feature definition and collaboration crucial to the mission and success of Podimetrics, a care management and medical device company with the leading solution to help prevent diabetic foot ulcers. The Agile Business Analyst ensures seamless onboarding and monitoring of patients, working within the Software Development team, to provide responsive, secure, and functional software necessary to support the Care Management and Operations teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Agile Business Analyst will be responsible for a wide variety of day-to-day software development initiatives including, but not limited to:
  • Participate in, or lead User Story workshops to elicit requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Groom the Product and Sprint Backlogs.
  • Develop User Stories in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Validate developed software meets requirements.
  • Train Users and create training material, including User Manuals and videos.
  • Participate in daily standups and provide updates to the team.
  • Collaborate with Software Developers.

QUALIFICATIONS
In order to succeed in this role, a candidate must be able to work in an Agile environment independently with minimal supervision. Following skills and experience are sought,
  • 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Ability to work and collaborate remotely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Healthcare experience, working with PHI.
  • Experience collaborating with Software Development teams.
  • Experience working with Cloud tools and technologies, including AWS or GCP.
