Responsible for managing agile project governance, timeline, build quality, testing and operational readiness for all projects in the delivery scope.
How you will contribute:
- Deliver best in class results by driving the execution of the DA&I strategic agenda through prioritization and governance of the COE portfolio of initiatives.
- Provide support to deliver on productivity and DA&I initiative commitments while supporting the larger COE organization by driving connectivity and accountability through our partnership with leadership, and the facilitation of key performance and portfolio discussions.
- Partner with stakeholders to determine the scope of request, sources for data, analytical tools and formulas, timelines, presentation format, communication tools and other details required for projects.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and time management.
- Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pertinent, timely, and actionable information on a scheduled as well as ad-hoc basis.
- Oversee all aspects of agile projects. Communicates deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
- Partner with COE LT to evaluate & prioritize new initiative requests against current strategic agenda and resource allocation to make go/no-go decision in meeting with PMO.
- Drive RACI deep dive continually ensuring accountability with correct group.
- Drive Charter development; key project details including agreed upon scope and deliverables.
- Drive Project Plan: how a project will be executed including specific tasks, resources and timelines
- Maintain Project 4- box.
- Partner with Change Management lead.
- Triage Initiative Request Form to standardize and formalize the request for review.
- Manage Asset repository.
- Drive process improvement with PMO.
- Act as Scrum Master on Agile projects.
Technical Skills :
- Advanced MS office
- Smartsheet or similar
- Agile program management tech. i.e., Dev/Ops, Jira
- Technical writing
- PMP or SAFE Certification preferred
- Understanding of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred
