• Build and lead a new AI-powered company focused on transforming accounting and finance operations through intelligent automation.
• Define the company vision, product strategy, market opportunity, and roadmap from early concept through scalable growth.
• Identify key challenges within finance functions and develop solutions that improve processes such as reporting, reconciliation, forecasting, compliance, and operational workflows.
• Validate customer needs, define target markets, develop go-to-market strategies, and establish early commercial traction.
• Work with technical and operational teams to design, build, and launch products that deliver meaningful business value.
• Recruit, inspire, and lead a high-performing founding team capable of executing an ambitious vision.
• Leverage investor networks, industry expertise, and strategic resources to accelerate fundraising and company development.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, mentors, and stakeholders to strengthen market understanding and growth opportunities.
• Drive execution across business design, product development, growth, operations, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• Early-stage operator or founder experience with strong expertise in accounting, finance operations, or related business functions.
• Deep understanding of finance workflows, including accounting processes, reporting, reconciliations, compliance, forecasting, or related operational challenges.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and lead a venture-backed company.
• Ability to define a vision, make strategic decisions, and execute in an uncertain and fast-moving environment.
• Proven ability to attract, hire, and lead talented teams.
