This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Product Manager based in Canada.

You will join a forward-thinking technology environment focused on building and scaling an AI-native platform where intelligent agents, orchestration layers, and LLM-powered workflows are central to product innovation. In this role, you will define the strategy and roadmap for AI-driven capabilities that enhance platform intelligence, automation, and extensibility. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and business teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and translate them into scalable solutions. The position requires strong product leadership across discovery, experimentation, and iterative delivery cycles. You will also play a key role in shaping how AI is responsibly adopted across the organization and its partner ecosystem. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role in a fast-evolving AI product landscape.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and drive the vision and strategy for an AI-native platform, with a focus on agentic systems, orchestration layers, and LLM-powered workflows
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap for AI agents, integrations, and workflow automation capabilities across the platform ecosystem
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases through customer insights, market analysis, and business objectives
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate models, define technical requirements, and ensure performance across accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability
  • Lead the full product lifecycle for AI features, from discovery and experimentation through deployment, measurement, and continuous iteration
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to position AI capabilities and support go-to-market initiatives and enablement materials
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to gather requirements and drive ecosystem integrations
  • Analyze product and AI performance metrics, including adoption, telemetry, and model quality signals, to guide decision-making and optimization
  • Mentor teams and promote organizational understanding of LLMs, agent design, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI practices
  • Represent the organization in the broader AI ecosystem, advocating for scalable, responsible, and extensible AI solutions
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is considered an asset
    • 4+ years of experience in product management within a technology-driven environment
    • Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, AI feature development, and experimentation-driven product iteration
    • Experience working with AI-driven products, data-informed decision-making, and telemetry-based optimization
    • Knowledge of the IT channel and Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem is considered a strong asset
    • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, forecasting, and defining performance metrics
    • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and external partners
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority
    • Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in English is required; French is considered an asset
