This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the development and deployment of AI applications that enhance educational tools and solutions. The AI Solutions Developer will be responsible for coding, testing, integrating, and monitoring AI systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Working in a collaborative, agile environment, you will interact with developers, data scientists, and product teams to bring AI features from concept to production. This role balances hands-on technical execution with coordination across teams to support smooth workflows, effective communication, and high-quality delivery. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in AI concepts, coding skills, and a keen attention to detail to drive performance and innovation in AI solutions.

Accountabilities:

Develop and test AI applications using platforms like ChatGPT, Azure AI, or similar technologies.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and/or JavaScript.

Integrate AI features into products and internal systems to enhance functionality and performance.

Develop scripts and automation tools to optimize AI workflows.

Execute quality assurance testing, log bugs, and assist in debugging AI systems.

Monitor AI performance, validate outputs, and ensure reliability and accuracy.

Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and workflow diagrams.

Support Agile processes by maintaining backlogs, tracking sprint progress, and facilitating communication across teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent hands-on experience or projects considered).

Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning workflows, and basic model deployment.

Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.

Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Azure AI, or comparable systems.

Exposure to Agile methodology and backlog management tools.

Ability to produce clear technical documentation and workflow diagrams.

Strong attention to detail and QA skills, with a methodical approach to testing and validation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in AI, data science, or cloud technologies.

Experience with REST APIs, cloud development, and version control (Git).

Knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and integration workflows.

Hands-on AI projects or internship experience.

Familiarity with database management and AI system integrations.
