The Role
AWS Connect is an omnichannel cloud contact center, which is currently AWSâs fastest-growing product. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AWS Connect and integrating multiple related solutions to optimize call flows. You will be playing a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center that delivers scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus. As an Amazon Connect Developer, you'll work closely with senior contact center experts to understand the call center requirements. From these requirements, you will architect integrated AWS solutions that leverage multiple related data processing, data storage, analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Â
Primary Requirements:
- Minimum four (4) years related systems development and integration experience
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Direct experience or working knowledge with AWS technologies related to AWS Connect implementations including Cloudformation, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM
- Experience with AWS Connect implementations
- Experience and/or working knowledge with AWS AI/ML services:
- Â Contact Lens for Amazon Connect
- Amazon Connect Wisdom
- Amazon Lex
- Amazon Polly
- Amazon Comprehend
 PreferredÂ
- Cloud migration experience
- AWS certifications
- IVR (Interactive Voice Response) experience using chatbots
- Experience with Atlassian Jira for Agile management
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence for systems documentation
- Experience with the development of process flow diagrams and solution architecture diagrams
