Accountabilities:

  • Manage the onboarding and implementation journey for LATAM indirect channel clients, ensuring a strategic, consultative, and results-oriented experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process, maintaining clear communication, transparency, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Gather business requirements, map operational processes, and understand customer objectives to support successful solution deployment.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings, operational alignments, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop project documentation, implementation plans, timelines, action plans, and executive presentations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure agreed deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
  • Support clients during system implementation and integration activities, addressing technical and operational questions.
  • Configure and parameterize solutions according to implementation standards and project requirements.
  • Deliver remote and on-site training sessions for customers and internal teams when needed.
  • Drive customer adoption and engagement, helping clients maximize the value of implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and successful customer outcomes.
  • Requirements

    • Fluent Spanish is required.
    • Previous experience in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Professional Services, Project Implementation, Client Services, or related customer-facing roles.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong sense of urgency and ownership in delivering results.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
    • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ongoing or completed degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency is considered an advantage.
    • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies or practices is a plus.
