• Provide support, maintenance, and continuous evolution of corporate applications within IBM Mainframe environments.
• Perform corrective, adaptive, and enhancement maintenance activities for legacy systems and mission-critical applications.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize COBOL programs, including both batch and online routines.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve production incidents, ensuring system availability and operational stability.
• Execute database queries and support the maintenance of corporate data structures.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical analysis, and solution design activities.
• Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing and validation processes.
• Assist in deployment activities and production transition processes.
• Support integrations between Mainframe systems and distributed platforms to enable seamless business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
• Solid experience working in IBM Mainframe environments.
• Strong knowledge of COBOL (Batch and Online), JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and TSO/ISPF.
• Experience with troubleshooting, log analysis, and production support activities.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and corporate data management practices.
• Proven experience supporting critical and high-availability systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities.
