Team: Analyst
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista Técnico de Auto Frotas based in Brazil.
This role plays a key part in supporting the placement and management of auto fleet insurance solutions within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will act as a technical specialist, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across renewals, new business, and endorsements. The position involves close interaction with commercial teams, clients, and insurance markets to support competitive and well-structured insurance programs. It is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical work combined with client-oriented problem solving. You will contribute directly to improving portfolio performance and strengthening client relationships. The environment is fast-paced, structured, and highly collaborative, with exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of insurance. This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo.
Accountabilities:
- Manage the portfolio of renewals, endorsements, and new business within auto fleet insurance placement processes
- Prepare market submissions, technical documentation, loss records, and summary reports to support client and insurer engagement
- Collect, compare, and validate insurance quotations and existing client risk programs to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain updated records and ensure proper data entry into internal systems to support efficient workflow continuity
- Review coverage specifications shared with insurers, ensuring alignment with guidelines and client requirements
- Communicate effectively with market contacts, insurers, and internal stakeholders to support negotiation and placement activities
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance brokerage placement or technical insurance roles focused on auto fleet products
- Strong technical knowledge of motor insurance products, policy conditions, and claims/emission processes
- Intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical capability
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in risk management, client negotiation, or consultative service approach will be considered a plus
