This particular role focuses on planning and performance management process including
tracking and analyzing monthly/quarterly performance, assisting with the forecasting &
target setting processes, and preparing ad hoc analyses. Responsibilities include, but are not
limited to:
o Identifying and tracking trends, metrics, and macro factors that drive business
performance and delivering synthesized analytical insights to highlight key business
performance risks, issues, and opportunities
o Assisting in the preparation of monthly business review presentations for the Senior
Executive Team
o Provide financial analysis for Investor Relations to support Quarterly Earnings Calls
o Supporting enterprise-wide financial activities including budgeting, modeling,
forecasting and reporting to support executive decision making
o Assisting the business to create financial models to support investment
opportunities across multiple functions, strategic initiatives and new businesses
