We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to join our measurement team at Whalar. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data analysis efforts for our influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategy and optimization. You will also be responsible for managing a team of data analysts and ensuring the smooth operation of our analytics function.

• Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of data from a variety of sources to inform influencer marketing campaigns
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and insights
• Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in influencer marketing campaigns
• Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and support decision-making
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, setting goals and providing feedback and support
• Ensure the smooth operation of the analytics function, including data quality control and process improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and influencer marketing

HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience managing and developing a team of data analysts is a plus

• Startup experience
• SQL/Python or other coding experience 
• Experience in marketing, advertising, or influencer space 
• Experience navigating influencer reporting platforms

 The base salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000
