Job Description

Team: Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Analytics Manager in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, experimentation, and modern digital measurement in an AI-driven marketing environment. The Analytics Manager acts as a key partner to clients, helping them understand complex customer journeys shaped by emerging AI-powered search and digital behaviors. You will design and implement advanced measurement frameworks, guide experimentation strategies, and translate data into clear business insights that support confident decision-making. Working in a highly collaborative, remote-first setting, you’ll engage with cross-functional teams to improve how organizations define and measure success. This position blends technical analytics expertise with strategic advisory work, requiring both precision and strong client-facing communication skills. You will play a central role in helping clients evolve beyond traditional reporting toward scalable, insight-driven measurement systems.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with clients to design and implement advanced measurement strategies, including GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) frameworks aligned with evolving AI-driven search behaviors.
  • Lead analytics and experimentation initiatives, including hypothesis development, test design, KPI selection, and evaluation of causal impact and incrementality.
  • Build and optimize scalable measurement systems using tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management platforms to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to evaluate performance across nonlinear customer journeys.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, structure findings, and support client deliverables with clarity and speed.
  • Support the evolution of modern analytics practices, including experimentation frameworks and AI-informed measurement approaches.
  • Requirements:

    • Strong experience in digital analytics, including hands-on expertise with Google Analytics 4 and/or Adobe Analytics (implementation, auditing, QA, and strategy).
    • Proven ability to design measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes rather than surface-level metrics.
    • Experience with experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and causal inference approaches.
    • Proficiency with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, or Adobe Launch.
    • Familiarity with data environments such as BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses for querying and validation.
    • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and data layer structures.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytics concepts for executive and client audiences.
    • Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging AI technologies and their impact on marketing measurement and customer behavior.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in mentoring or elevating analytics capabilities within teams is a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Total compensation range of $75,000–$95,000, based on experience and skills.
      • Regular compensation reviews (at least annually).
      • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in the US (or hybrid option in Philadelphia HQ if preferred).
      • Comprehensive benefits package supporting health, wellbeing, and work-life balance.
      • Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-driven analytics and experimentation practices.
      • Access to advanced AI tools and training to support innovation and professional growth.
      • Inclusive, B-Corp certified workplace focused on ethical, impact-driven work.
      • Strong emphasis on learning, mentorship, and continuous development.
