Job Description
Team: Human Resources
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager in United States.
This role is a high-ownership opportunity to build and scale the entire hiring function for a fast-growing, remote-first marketing agency. As the first dedicated recruiting hire, you will work directly with leadership to shape how the organization attracts, evaluates, and hires talent across marketing, sales, creative, and operations functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting while also building proactive pipelines to support ongoing growth rather than reactive hiring. The position requires a mix of sourcing expertise, structured screening, and strong stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to scale efficiently and maintain hiring quality. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives in building systems, owning outcomes, and delivering measurable hiring results.
Accountabilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, including marketing, sales, creative, account management, and operations positions
- Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Wellfound, and niche industry communities
- Conduct first-round screening calls and evaluate candidates through structured assessments
- Coordinate interview processes, manage candidate communication, and support offer and onboarding logistics
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for recurring hiring needs
- Develop and optimize sourcing strategies to improve speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness of hires
- Track and report key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, and retention
- Partner directly with leadership to align hiring needs and prioritize roles based on business growth
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and structured communication
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment such as a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first organization
- Proven ability to consistently fill roles within short hiring cycles (ideally under 30 days)
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche communities
- Experience managing both high-volume sourcing and structured candidate evaluation processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort in async-first environments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of hiring outcomes
- US-based with availability during standard business hours (9am–5pm CT)
- Experience building recruiting pipelines or talent pools is highly desirable
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, metrics-oriented environment
- Competitive base salary of $65,000–$85,000 plus performance-based bonus per successful hire
- Fully remote work environment (US-based)
- Paid time off
- Training and professional development opportunities
- Flexible working schedule
- Performance-based incentives tied to hiring success
