Ancillary Services Lead Analyst - Work at Home

Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Operations Management job family. Identify ways to streamline operational procedures between or within departments. Manages program and project implementation and makes significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts. May assist in business processing, service levels and reporting. Is responsible for preparing and reviewing key statements and document related to business operations / Finance Operations or key accounts. May gather results and prepare reporting for distribution to clients. Ensure that production levels and targets are achieved and effective processing controls are in place. Completes day-to-day Business Operations / Finance Operations tasks without immediate supervision, but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.

What you must have

• 3+ years of healthcare experience
• Understanding of clinical operations and practice management and contract language
• 3 years of experience supporting vendor relationships and monitoring service agreements
• History of success working with cross functional teams
• Proficiency with regulatory requirements related to provider and vendor contracting
• Ability to travel as needed (less than 10%)
• Paralegal background a plus

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the contracting process for new and existing client relationships including working with business development, compliance, privacy, legal, and leadership
• Provide day to day support to the management of key vendor relationships, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams on the identification and contracting with new vendors to support changing business needs (After hour answering services, Lab services, In-home imaging, chaplaincy, print/fulfillment, etc)
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines
• Recommend revisions and edit contracts, MSAs, SLAs, Amendments, NDAs, BAAs, and other legal documentation
• Monitor renewal dates and organize regular review of contracts and SLAs to ensure compliance, and determine whether there are any needed changes in service level or contract length.
• PC administration and oversight tasks as assigned by the program lead, supporting legal and compliance in development of super PC structure and maintenance.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams in the evaluation, development, and maintenance of a new document management system
• Attend meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, and/or vendors, as assigned, to discuss new opportunities or business issues
• Assist in the management and monitoring of fleet services, including tracking of mileage, vehicle use, and management of the fleet with the vendor to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Work with internal stakeholders to support medical device ordering and functional/regulatory readiness
• Assist in the administration of legal entities and business structures ensuring that necessary regulatory requirements are in place to ensure compliance (e.g.CLIA waiver management, business licenses, etc.)
• Serve as secondary point of contact with Accounts Payable to resolve vendor payment issues to avoid delivery disruption
• Lead special projects as identified to support Vendor Operations Program Lead and Evernorth home solutions initiatives

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 49,000 - 81,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
