Job Description

What will you do:

• Provide flawless pre-, during, and post-sales technical support, applications assistance, and consultation for both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team throughout the sales cycle to understand customer requirements and craft detailed application plans that effectively implement our product capabilities.
• Conduct and participate in product demonstrations and sample evaluations, showcasing our innovative technologies at customer sites or our Customer Experience Center.
• Maintain and disseminate updated technical information for specific applications and workflows.
• Build and deliver engaging presentations at seminars, conferences, and other customer engagement activities.
• Combine conceptual and analytical knowledge to independently address challenging problems.

• Master's degree or higher in Chemistry or equivalent.
• Proven technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in chromatography-based instruments, with at least 10 years of experience.
• Experience in chromatography and mass spectrometry workflows including sample preparation techniques.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills for extensive customer interactions.
• A collaborative and positive teammate with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally (~90%) and no disqualification for overseas business trips.
