We are looking for a Senior Application Consultant who will work as a part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing organization. While the role is truly one of an individual contributor, a high degree of interaction and teamwork is required to be effective in the role. Consultants within our Concierge Services team operate autonomously with minimal direct supervision, while collaborating with the assigned Customer Experience team per client. Team members in this role will work directly with clients remotely, minimal travel expected, and are expected to exercise sound judgment within defined best practices and always engage a client with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Overview of the Concierge Services Team
The Concierge Services team is comprised of consulting professionals who provide post-implementation, ongoing, proactive assistance to our Aprimo clients to make sure they continue to mine value from the client's investment with their application. Our team represents a virtual organization with talented and experienced consultants located at our headquarters in Chicago as well as various cities across the country.
With Concierge Services our clients get a dedicated consultant who can build an ongoing relationship with their respective clients. In addition to providing technical consulting assistance and integrations, we also have consultants that specialize in functional guidance and can assist with system design, configuration, administration, analytical and enablement needs.

What you will be responsible for:• Manage 6 to 10 customer accounts as the main point of contact delivering monthly consulting services. Sample services include configuration assistance, report (BI) services, training services, Administrator assistance, and Ad hoc Q&A.• Ensure that communication is consistent, expectations are managed, and hours are consumed monthly• Understand customer goals & requirements and configure the solution to drive value & success back to the customer organization• Lead solution review sessions with the customer and support user acceptance testing & defect resolution• Develop monthly status reports and manage tasks, estimates, and priorities for each assigned customer account.• Prepare for and lead status and task-specific calls for each assigned customer account
o Communicate task status, risks, issues, and progress towards timeline and goals• Mentor less experienced team members in the areas of product and consulting expertise knowledge• Serve as escalation backup for peers in resolving complex issues• Share product and best practice expertise with customer teams• Responsible for tracking & billing time on a weekly basis• Contribute to Aprimo Services practice development / Aprimo Academy• Attend team calls/product knowledge transfer sessions• Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned as required

Candidate Qualifications & Why You're a Great Fit for the Role:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field• 2-4 years of experience delivering consulting services for clients on a DAM enterprise platform• Experience with the Aprimo platform, Digital Asset Management platforms, or Productivity Management platforms
Additional Successful Qualities:• Passing grade on an Aprimo Certification Exam within the first 30 days of employment and must be able to maintain 2 product certifications annually• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently• Ability to communicate effectively and promptly• Strong time management and multitasking skills• A customer-first attitude with business adeptness and experience in client-facing situations
Physical Requirements:
The physical requirements for this position may involve various work situations from remote work at home, to assignments/meetings in company or client offices, to work at a client's site of work that requires air, car-rental, and/or subway travel.
1. Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of time
2. Must be able to move 50% of time
3. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on occasion
4. The worker is required to have close visual awareness to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
5. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication at normal speaking levels
6. Must be able to convey detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly, or quickly
7. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
