This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, data strategy, and program execution, driving the delivery of high-impact AI/ML solutions across the organization.
You will lead end-to-end program management for generative AI and machine learning initiatives, ensuring alignment between engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
The position plays a critical role in translating complex business needs into scalable AI-driven products and measurable outcomes.
You will oversee roadmap definition, prioritization, and delivery execution while ensuring transparency across leadership and cross-functional partners.
A strong focus is placed on data-driven decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and rapid delivery of high-value AI/ML solutions.
This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences AI strategy, operational execution, and business impact at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, operations, and business teams to define AI/ML solution vision, scope, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
  • Own and manage the AI/ML program roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, defining deliverables, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key results.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality standards.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear problem statements, technical requirements, and actionable program plans.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to support AI/ML model development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization in production environments.
  • Drive stakeholder communication by preparing executive-level updates, performance metrics, progress reports, and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to evaluate AI use cases, assess feasibility, and balance risks and benefits.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics to measure performance and improve program outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across AI, data engineering, and business units to ensure successful execution of GenAI initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, delivery speed, and solution quality.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
    • 5+ years of technical program or product management experience, including 4+ years delivering AI/ML or data-driven solutions.
    • Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, data engineering concepts, and modern data platforms (Databricks experience is a plus).
    • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
    • Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams on model development and production deployment.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define measurable success criteria and drive outcomes based on data.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives and make informed trade-offs under ambiguity.
    • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
    • Strong organizational, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

      • Competitive annual base salary range: 110,000 USD – 135,000 USD.
