This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an ASO Account Manager in Switzerland.

This role sits within a high-growth, product-driven environment focused on building and scaling technical acquisition and account infrastructure for mobile ecosystem operations. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing iOS developer account processes, supporting operational experimentation, and improving account performance and reliability. The position combines analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and hands-on execution in a fast-moving, test-driven environment. You will work closely with teams involved in growth, arbitrage, and mobile distribution strategies. The environment values speed, creativity, and continuous experimentation with new tools and methods. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and optimizing systems under evolving platform constraints.

Accountabilities:

  • Register and manage iOS Developer accounts and related operational workflows
  • Expand and optimize account registration methods and scaling processes
  • Research and test new approaches for account farming and acquisition workflows
  • Experiment with different methods to enable financial transactions from accounts in a compliant and effective way
  • Analyze account performance, approval rates, and operational success metrics
  • Adapt quickly to changes in Apple policies and platform requirements
  • Collaborate with growth and technical teams to improve account stability and throughput
  • Maintain operational accuracy and consistency across tools and processes
  • Requirements

    • Experience working with payment services or financial transaction systems
    • Basic understanding of iOS Developer account registration and lifecycle processes
    • Ability to quickly adapt to Apple policy changes and platform updates
    • Experience using OneSignal and anti-detect browsers
    • Understanding of proxy services and how they support account operations
    • Strong analytical mindset and ability to test and iterate on operational strategies
    • Comfortable working in fast-changing, experimental environments
    • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end processes
    • Nice to have: experience with Keitaro or similar ASO/marketing tools
    • Nice to have: understanding of mobile app UX and App Store / Google Play publishing processes
    • Nice to have: familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics), Google Sites, and cross-functional collaboration
