Job Description
Oversee and manage a team of associates to help deliver on the following objectives:
- Manage the recruiting, expediting and Quality Control (QC) queues to ensure SLA adherence.
- Monitor teamās performance metrics, utilize data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency, enhance inspection quality, and minimize turnaround times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations to address any issues or challenges during the inspection process.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the inspection department.
- Act as the subject matter expert and communication bridge between staff members and customers as needed.
- Monitor daily production reports to ensure team's performance to meet both Production and Quality targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the inspection team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results within specified timeframes.
- Possess strong data analytical skills, with the ability to interpret datasets, extract meaningful insights, and make informed decisions based on thorough analysis.
- Perform staffing data analysis to ensure adequate staffing to meet the expected volumes.
- Additional duties, when indicated.
Qualifications
Ā· Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Ā· With a total experience of 10+ years with a minimum of 5 years in team management in a related field
Ā· Excellent managerial, organizational and leadership skills
Ā· Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Ā· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ā· Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure compliance with SOPs
Ā· Open to continual learning
