This role is a high-impact, early-career business development opportunity focused on expanding strategic partnerships within community-based oncology and urology practices. The position blends outbound prospecting with collaborative deal execution, working closely with senior sales leadership to generate and advance a strong pipeline of new business. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, building relationships, and positioning tailored value propositions that address the operational and clinical needs of specialty practices. The role offers structured progression, gradually increasing ownership of the sales cycle from qualification to close. Accountabilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, executing outbound sales strategies, and supporting deal execution within the oncology and urology provider markets. You will prospect and engage target accounts, build relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with senior business development leadership to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Own outbound prospecting activities, including account research, lead identification, and tailored outreach across multiple channels (calls, email, LinkedIn).
- Develop and execute value-based messaging to generate meetings and build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Partner with senior business development leaders to progress opportunities through the sales funnel, from qualification through close.
- Support and progressively own deal execution, with increasing responsibility for closing assigned opportunities.
- Build strong knowledge of specialty oncology and urology practice needs, market dynamics, and value propositions.
- Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline tracking to ensure visibility and forecasting accuracy.
- Collaborate across internal teams to support a coordinated, consultative sales approach.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or customer acquisition roles.
- Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and contribute to revenue generation.
- Experience working with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal influence skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while meeting defined targets.
- Analytical and organized approach to managing sales pipelines and performance metrics.
- Exposure to healthcare, specialty pharma, or physician practice environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
