This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative based in the United States.
This role is a high-impact outbound sales position focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for a fast-growing digital marketing agency. You will act as a key driver of pipeline creation, engaging prospects through multi-channel outreach including email, phone, and social platforms. In addition to digital prospecting, you will represent the organization at industry events, serving as a brand ambassador and building relationships in person. The role requires a proactive, self-directed sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to spark meaningful conversations with decision-makers. You will work closely with senior sales leaders to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities. This position is ideal for someone looking to sharpen their outbound sales skills while contributing directly to revenue growth.
Accountabilities:
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects based on budget, need, timeline, and fit with service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring strong sales hygiene and reporting integrity.
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to identify opportunities and prepare detailed handoffs to senior sales representatives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve outreach efficiency, personalization, and prospecting performance.
- Collaborate closely with the senior sales team to align on target accounts, messaging, and conversion strategies.
- Stay informed on service offerings, market positioning, and industry trends to communicate value effectively to prospects.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative or outbound sales role, ideally within a digital marketing agency or B2B services environment.
- Proven success in outbound prospecting with the ability to balance personalization and scale.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools with disciplined pipeline management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, qualify, and build rapport with decision-makers.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear KPIs and targets.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance sales workflows, outreach, or productivity.
- Ability to represent a brand confidently at in-person events and networking functions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
- Based in or near the Las Vegas area (including Henderson or Reno) with willingness to travel for events.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, paid media, content) is a plus.
