You will oversee multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Connected TV, and programmatic DSPs, ensuring strong performance, continuous optimization, and measurable business impact. The position combines hands-on strategic oversight with team leadership, managing media buyers while collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional specialists. This is a remote-friendly role that values autonomy, curiosity, and a strong drive to test, learn, and improve continuously.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Connected TV, and programmatic DSP platforms.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 digital media buyers, providing guidance, oversight, and performance support.
  • Oversee campaign performance across multiple clients, ensuring accurate tracking, budget pacing, and optimization at scale.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, brand managers, analytics teams, creative teams, and media planners to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Translate campaign performance data into clear insights, recommendations, and strategic direction for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and deliver detailed performance reports and presentations, using data storytelling to communicate impact and opportunities.
  • Continuously test and refine media strategies based on performance trends and platform evolution.
  • Ensure alignment between campaign execution and broader client business objectives.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in digital media buying and performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic/CTV platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Basis).
    • Proven experience managing large-scale digital budgets (typically $500K+ monthly) across multiple brands or accounts.
    • Strong expertise in campaign tracking and measurement tools, including Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setups.
    • Experience building dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker Studio).
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor media buying or performance marketing teams.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into compelling narratives and actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing environments.
    • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly setup.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously.
    • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location retail marketing is a strong plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and leadership scope.
      • Fully remote work environment with flexibility in location.
      • Opportunity to lead high-budget, high-impact digital media campaigns across multiple major platforms.
      • Leadership role with direct responsibility for mentoring and growing a media buying team.
      • Exposure to diverse, fast-growing clients in restaurant and multi-location retail sectors.
      • Collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on testing, learning, and innovation.
      • Strong autonomy with minimal bureaucracy and high ownership of outcomes.
      • Continuous learning environment with opportunities to evolve expertise in advanced media technologies and platforms.
