The Associate Director, Growth is responsible for execution of initiatives to support national growth strategy. The incumbent is the primary point of contact for external EMO (Electronic Marketing Organizations) partners to drive future growth for the organization through visioning, day-to-day relationship management, and reporting. The Associate Director works closely with cross-functional stakeholders across home office and markets to increase membership through new and innovative ways.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

EMO Management (40%)
  • Oversees and develops strategic EMO relationships
  • Executes EMO delivery and optimization including linkages between call center and field sales to maximize conversion rates
  • Manages EMO sales budget, invoicing, ROI, and financial metrics for daily, monthly, and quarterly reviews and forecasts
  • Coaches, guides, and mentors call center, MGCs, center leaders, as well as external EMO partners on best practices, performance, and issue-resolution.
  • Leads cross functional efforts working closely with internal IT, Sales, Legal, Data Analytics, HR and Finance teams to set up desired partnerships for new EMOs


Growth & Sales Operations Initiatives (60%)
  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives to support national growth strategy with minimal oversight
  • Designs strategic solutions to evolving challenges.
  • Acts as a facilitator able to lead problem solving sessions with diverse subject matter experts. Helps SMEs structure a problem, draw insights from data, define actionable solutions, and implement changes to policies, processes and platforms
  • Drives execution of initiatives leading work teams exercising discretion to optimize resources to deliver objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

  • Highly developed business acumen and acuity; high degree of personal accountability for achieving results, high energy, and strong drive
  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of payer and provider healthcare landscape
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with excellent time-management and organization skills and attention to detail
  • Financial modeling skills (forecasting, ROI, etc.)
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and operational execution skills
  • Detail-oriented with precise analytical skills and metric data driven proficiencies
  • Demonstrated leadership, client management and project management skill
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels
  • Ability to manage highly visible and complex projects across key matrix partners within the organization
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with key internal and external partners to drive results
  • Advanced skill in data visualization, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationwide up to 20% of the time
  • Spoken and written fluency in English
  • This position requires use and exercise of independent judgment
