The Associate Director Operations Support of Digital Workplace Services has responsibility for providing resources to assist with requirements gathering and fulfillment, stakeholder management, new services onboarding and demand intake for the organization.

Lead a team of business analyst, scrum master(s), services onboarding specialist and demand managers.

Partner with internal teams to support key process improvements

Develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve specified metrics and site initiatives. Solutions must be driven to completion

Utilize excellent project management skills and experience; Effectively communicating, and demonstrating successful organizational and planning skills

Provide leadership / mentoring / training to all levels of the organization on the use and practice of process optimization methodologies and tools (Value stream mapping, 5S, daily standard work, etc.)

Work with process managers to fully understand as-is business functionality, pain points, and identify potential areas of improvements

ITBM ServiceNow Process Owner

Work closely with business leads to ensure effective delivery of operational and ServiceNow improvements.

Liaison with Support Services to ensure effective processes are designed, documented, and that staff is trained as new services are implemented.

Ability to quickly learn and take advantage of new technologies and concepts

Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate quality technical and functional system specifications

Experienced in ServiceNOW modules

Education:

Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 8 years experience
