Associate Director, Partnerships

EverQuote (Nasdaq: EVER) operates the largest online marketplace for insurance shopping in the United States. We make insurance shopping easy, efficient, and personal, saving consumers and providers time and money. The Associate Director, Partnerships will be an end-to-end traffic and partner manager across all insurance verticals. They will both leverage existing relationships to optimize and grow current traffic sources, as well as vet and onboard new traffic sources to drive substantial incremental volume. This person will be an experienced relationship manager with a strong analytical ability, and technical acumen. The Associate Director will manage a varied and complex portfolio of partners while exceeding quantitative targets. Experience with various types of digital media, performance marketing, and comfort with an engineering and data-centric work culture is preferred. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Ensuring the growth of your portfolio by relentlessly improving campaign performance and working closely with your traffic partners, providing consistent feedback and acting as a trusted advisor to your contacts.
• Autonomous account ownership of five to ten major accounts, including performance monitoring, project management, and relationship management.
• Leading quarterly business review process with major partners, including the analysis, opportunity identification, meeting prep work, management, and follow up.
• Monitoring performance of your partners daily and owning the associated traffic volume, profitability, and quality targets.
• Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new sources to drive incremental, profitable, high-intent traffic to EverQuote sites. 

About You: 

• Documented track record of driving growth for multi-million dollar B2B book of business.
• Experience executing complex partnerships and business development in a technology heavy environment.
• An expert in relationship management, you can autonomously navigate large corporations and engage with C-level executives, as well as small businesses. 
• Strong analytical background, you are an expert with Excel, and can also tell a story, summarizing complex data in simple terms.
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities and focusing on the highest impact activities autonomously.
• 5+ years of experience working on digital marketing performance partnerships, preferably in the insurance industry. 
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in lieu of a degree.
