It offers exposure to global immunization systems, donor-funded programs, and multi-stakeholder partnerships across public health and global development sectors. The Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution of projects, from research and analysis to reporting and stakeholder engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career public health professional passionate about vaccine equity and global health impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Support implementation of HPV Prevention and Global HPV Consortium initiatives through coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans using peer-reviewed and grey literature to inform program activities and technical outputs.
  • Assist with stakeholder mapping, contact database management, and maintenance of tracking systems for projects and key informant engagements.
  • Support survey development, dissemination, data collection, and preliminary analysis activities to inform program decisions.
  • Coordinate webinars, meetings, and workshops, including scheduling, materials preparation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to data organization, visualization, and reporting for internal and donor-facing deliverables.
  • Draft and edit technical documents including briefs, reports, presentations, meeting notes, and summaries.
  • Assist in preparing briefing materials and knowledge-sharing products to support HPV prevention initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and ongoing immunization initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in public health, global health, international development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of relevant experience in public health, vaccination programs, cancer prevention, or global health initiatives preferred.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Zoom.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
    • Understanding of global immunization systems, particularly in low- and middle-income country contexts, is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences and technical documentation.
    • Commitment to health equity, vaccine access, and improving public health outcomes globally.
    • Benefits:

      • Hourly compensation ranging from $25 to $29 per hour
      • Temporary full-time opportunity (4-month contract, August–December 2026)
      • Remote work flexibility within the United States
      • Exposure to global immunization and HPV prevention initiatives
      • Opportunity to contribute to international public health and cancer prevention efforts
      • Collaborative, mission-driven team environment focused on health equity
      • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and global partners
