This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Network Strategist based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of financial networks, strategy, and client engagement, supporting the growth and optimization of payment network solutions across a broad portfolio of financial institutions. You will work closely with sales, product, marketing, and regional leadership teams to shape how network capabilities are positioned, sold, and expanded across existing and prospective clients. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on client engagement, requiring you to translate complex network dynamics into clear value propositions. You will contribute directly to deal strategy, competitive positioning, and market intelligence that informs product and pricing direction. A key part of the role involves supporting client-facing discussions, presentations, and on-site engagements to strengthen adoption and retention. This is a highly collaborative position where your insights help shape both commercial outcomes and long-term network strategy.

Accountabilities:

Support the development and execution of network growth strategies across financial institution clients, ensuring alignment between sales, product, and market needs.

  • Partner with growth, product, and marketing teams to understand strategic direction and competitive positioning of network solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional sales and client teams to expand network adoption and protect existing business relationships.
  • Support deal strategy development for both new and existing clients, including value proposition articulation and pricing discussions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on debit and ATM network ecosystems, providing insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver presentations, client briefings, and supporting materials for sales and client engagement activities.
  • Gather and synthesize market intelligence from client interactions to inform product, strategy, and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, support opportunity tracking, and assist with proposal development as needed.
  • Requirements:

    Experienced financial services professional with strong knowledge of payment networks, client engagement, and sales support within complex financial ecosystems.

    • 5–10+ years of experience in financial institutions, payments, network operations, sales, or related fields.
    • Strong understanding of debit and ATM network landscapes, including competitive dynamics and pricing models.
    • Proven ability to support sales strategy, deal structuring, and client-facing presentations.
    • Excellent communication skills with confidence in presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to travel as needed for client engagement and business support activities.
    • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
