This role sits at the center of healthcare communications delivery, ensuring that complex scientific and medical programs are executed with precision, clarity, and efficiency. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to bring medical communication initiatives to life across multiple therapeutic areas. The position offers exposure to a wide range of projects, including publications, advisory boards, and medical education deliverables. You will play a key role in managing timelines, workflows, and regulatory requirements in a highly structured, fast-paced environment. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of medical communications programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. You will act as a key coordination point between internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors, helping maintain alignment across all workstreams.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple concurrent medical communication programs
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, ensuring clear documentation of actions, decisions, and next steps
- Support medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submission processes and ensure compliance with review requirements
- Track project budgets, invoices, and financial documentation in collaboration with finance teams
- Facilitate communication between scientific, creative, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support vendor coordination and logistics for meetings, events, and program deliverables
- Independently manage smaller-scale projects while contributing to larger program initiatives
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, client services, or agency environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
- Strong experience managing multiple timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with medical communications or healthcare-related project environments preferred
- Exposure to MLR processes or regulated industries is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities
