Our targeted starting base salary for this position ranges from $70000-$88000 USD depending on location. We consider a variety of factors including depth and breadth of experience skills and role scope. Team members may also be eligible for additional compensation plans such as bonus.

- Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for Salesforce processes
What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related IT/support role
- Familiarity with Salesforce fundamentals and platform functionality
- Exposure to Sales Cloud or Service Cloud environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Bonus points if you also have:
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or progress toward certification)
- Experience with Flow Builder or other declarative automation tools
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem
