To learn more, visit www.agero.com.Role Description and Mission:Supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end point technology in the organization’s environment.  Reviews and resolves problems associated with hardware, OS and application software and escalates when appropriate.  Reports problems on both server and workstation systems. Provides support for administration and maintenance of PC and system applications. Key Outcomes
  • Provides remote support to Agero associates (specially in the contact centers). 
  • Follows documented support procedures: documents and updates support procedures in wiki. 
  • Administers user and group accounts for the Network Operating System, including the assignment of security privileges.
  • Manages accounts and related services including web-based access.
  • Provides first and second level technical support to Agero associates and outsourced resources. Assists in carrying out company objectives including software rollouts.
  • Completes additional assignments as assigned.
Skills, Education and Experience:
  • College Degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 1+ year of experience in technical or desktop support  
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within all levels of the organization.   
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts. 
  •  ITIL Foundations process knowledge a plus. 
  •  May be required to be available 24 x 7.  Occasionally work nights and/or weekend hours for major implementations to minimize impact on organization. This is an onsite position.
