Job Description
- Provides remote support to Agero associates (specially in the contact centers).Â
- Follows documented support procedures: documents and updates support procedures in wiki.Â
- Administers user and group accounts for the Network Operating System, including the assignment of security privileges.
- Manages accounts and related services including web-based access.
- Provides first and second level technical support to Agero associates and outsourced resources. Assists in carrying out company objectives including software rollouts.
- Completes additional assignments as assigned.
- College Degree or equivalent work experience.Â
- 1+ year of experience in technical or desktop support Â
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Â
-  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within all levels of the organization.  Â
- Solid understanding of networking concepts.Â
- Â ITIL Foundations process knowledge a plus.Â
-  May be required to be available 24 x 7. Occasionally work nights and/or weekend hours for major implementations to minimize impact on organization. This is an onsite position.Â
