Pluralsight is currently hiring an Author Engagement Manager to implement experiences for our content creators - whom we call "authors". This role is responsible for cultivating and delivering an engaging experience for our authors in order to retain and strengthen our authors relationship with Pluralsight.

What you'll own:
  • Drive engagement to strengthen the experience and engagement within our author community.
  • Lead out on comms and initiatives that influence author satisfaction and NPS.
  • Lead out on cross-functional collaboration related to author recruitment, engagement, and events
  • Implement author programs to retain, grow, and develop the author community.
  • Drive external author recruitment initiatives to strategically grow the author community in critical areas
  • Drive the delivery and execution for Author programs such as: Author Summit, Author Advisory board, Author Talks, and many more.
  • Implement outstanding program experiences that champion community as well as achieve business goals for curriculum, sales, and marketing.
  • Cultivate relationships with authors, provide support and consultation on relevant Pluralsight programs to ensure they continue to advance as a presence in the author community.
  • Promote and amplify author engagement activities within the tech community and strengthen their representation of the Pluralsight brand.
  • Be Pluralsight's voice to the author community.
  • Define and rollout communication strategy that prioritizes Content and Skills org initiatives

Experience you'll need:
  • Requires a minimum of 4+years experience leading large, cross-functional projects
  • Experience as a program manager, project manager, or event marketer
  • Experience with marketing applications including CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Marketo), google suite, and Webflow.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to clearly explain sophisticated issues to a range of audiences
  • Has led a small team, working in a fast-paced growth company
  • Has been responsible for a portfolio of projects before - you understand the blood, sweat, and tears that go into program management.
  • Bachelor's Degree, concentrations in business a plus
