This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Automation and Observability Specialist - Especialista based in Brazil.
This role sits at the intersection of automation, observability, and AI-driven operations, focusing on improving the efficiency and reliability of complex IT environments. You will play a key part in identifying opportunities to automate operational processes across infrastructure, incident management, and customer-facing systems. The position involves designing and implementing scalable automation solutions across a multi-platform ecosystem, leveraging modern integration tools, AI capabilities, and event-driven architectures. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution of automation strategies. A strong focus will be placed on observability, operational intelligence, and continuous improvement of service reliability. This is a high-impact role where your work directly enhances system resilience, reduces operational effort, and improves end-user experience.
Accountabilities:
Drive the identification, design, and implementation of automation initiatives across IT infrastructure and operational workflows, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability of systems.
- Map and identify automation opportunities across operational processes, including incident management, troubleshooting, and customer complaint handling
- Design, implement, and maintain automation solutions in a multi-platform environment using modern integration and orchestration tools
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance for infrastructure automation and observability initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation requirements aligned with business and technical needs
- Develop and coordinate QA and validation processes to ensure effectiveness and reliability of automated solutions
- Work with vendors and internal teams to support solution delivery, integration, and continuous improvement
- Leverage data analysis and AI capabilities to generate insights, predictive indicators, and operational intelligence
- Estimate efficiency gains and ROI from automation initiatives and support prioritization of initiatives
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Experience with automation platforms, workflow orchestration, and low-code integration tools
- Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, messaging, and system integration patterns
- Experience with observability practices and operational monitoring in critical environments
- Familiarity with AI concepts, including intelligent agents, multi-agent systems, and AI-driven workflows
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Logic Apps
- Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into automation strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
